Free Shipping Threshold

We offer free shipping via UPS Ground for orders reaching beyond our $50 free shipping threshold (only $30 for recurring orders), after all calculated coupons, promotions, and discounts to the US contiguous states. This excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and other US international territories. A tracking number will be provided with this method of shipment.

Shipping and Holidays

Please order by Dec.20th to guarantee Christmas Delivery. When you place an order, your credit card will be charged generally within 24-48 hours. The order will typically ship within 2-5 business days. Any orders placed on a holiday will be shipped as soon as possible after the holiday break. Our holidays are (subject to change):

New Year’s Day (January 1st)
President’s Day (Third Monday in February)
Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
Independence Day (July 4th)
Labor Day (First Monday in September)
Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November)

Flat Rate Shipping Fee

We now offer a $6.00 flat rate option via UPS Ground for orders below the free shipping threshold to residential addresses of the 48 contiguous states. Tracking numbers will be provided.

Handling Time Policy

We have a minimum 5 business day handling time policy before shipping. So once you place your order, it may not ship until 5 business days later (but often ships sooner). If you order on or around one of our company holidays, the total days before shipping may take longer simply because the holiday is not a business day. (Note: Saturday and Sunday are not considered as business days.) If you’re using Free Shipping/UPS Ground methods, transit times vary from our Northern California location.
